How about all the whizz bang electronics being rain soaked and dead. Along with saturated upholstry.

Do what you wish, just recognize the risk.

Would you file a warranty claim if your truck is involved in a flood? What if you spill soda on your radio?

Point is who would file warranty for damage caused by the person?

After some practice it takes less than 15-20min to do. I take mine off a lot in the fall because it's not too hot for it. If it's gonna rain and your too lazy to put your doors back on just park in your garage and don't go out and park somewhere sketchy where your shit will get stolen

I agree with you, it has to be thought out if you want your stuff to last.

I put a console vault in to keep gps, phone, wallet, etc if need be over night, installed OEM all weather 1 piece flooring throughout cab so I wouldnt have to worry about water damage nearly as much, put wet okole seat covers in front and rear to also protect from weather and elements. THEN i got the doors, welded fillers, and installed. All together it was about a 6-9 month process before I actually went doorless for the exact reasons you list.

It can be done smart IF the person chooses to. If I didnt care about dirtying up carpet/seats, then I didnt have to do all that. to each their own

I love it with the doors off and I think most people like it to once they experience it.

I have had a doorless jeep in the past. It's great as long as you don't go over 30mph,the road is paved, its75deg's outside and there is no dirt or trash in the truck.

This is the only pic I have that can show how the setup is. The tent is on a rack that is bolted to the bed. The bestop has rear pins that I pull and fold the top over the cab to open the tent.
