In addition to this list I would also do the following.
    1. Change engine air filter
    2. Change oil
    3. Change oil filter
    4. Change cabin air filter
    5. Change front differential fluid
    6. Change transfer case fluid
    7. Drain and refill transmission
    8. Clean MAF
    9. Clean throttle body
    10. Change PVC
    11. Drain and refill radiator
    12. Change radiator cap
    13. Flush brake fluid
For the DIYr that would run you about $300 and would put you in the lead from staving off anything undesirable from happening. If you don’t plan on keeping the vehicle past 10 years it likely doesn’t matter if you do much of anything at all.

What the hell is a maximum engine performance service?

$149.95 and they pour a 32oz can of Monster Energy drink on the hood

Best advice... Avoid the dealership at all cost unless it's for warranty work only.

Find a local reputable & honest repair shop (they are out there). Bring them your routine maintenance and build a relationship with them, you'll save 100's if not 1000's vs using the dealer and you might even gain a new friend or two.

rtzx9r has it correct. As already stated by others many of the items on the list are very suspect. Look over you previous free service reports and see if you can find anything they actually did besides rotate the tires and maybe not that either as I found out with my truck. Oil and filter they do do.

...^^^... That guy on your link makes great videos on Toyota's and Lexus's.

His You-Tube channel is one of the few that I subscribe to for many Toyota related things.
