dose it sound fishy?

those emails are always scams 100% of the time. dont even bother to respond

 

Guarantee it's a scam...the first e-mail is a generic phrase and is set as a signature by his mail client...notice the dashes over it. They probably sent thousands of the same e-mail out...blanketing recent postings.

I've had someone send the same e-mail to me twice before...word for word. ITS A SCAM.

If the guy was halfway intelligent, he would have already acknowledged the information you already posted in your ad.

 

From reading the second sentence alone i can tell you it's a scammer

just tell him you live in nigeria too and would be willing to meet him in person, to give him his share of the inheritance, as long as he provides his address, name, all of his credit card info, etc.

 

Total scam. He calls it the "item", doesn't explain where he's going or when he'll be back, and is willing to offer up an extra $50. He's desperately trying to get you to send it. And like everyone else said, he wants your name and info even though most of it is available on the posting...he never read the posting and is fishing for info. By you responding to his email, he's just working you...you should have some fun w/ this guy, mess with him and see how far he'll go before he gives up, but I would certainly not sell anything to him!!

 

Next "it'll" Tell you he is sending extra money to pay for shipping, and to use "xyz" carriers. But some where you have send this "xyz" carrier money western union. Which is really the scammer. so while his fake money order is processing, you pay him cash via western union.
