double cab bed extender?

    since I do have a double cab the bed is somewhat small. Im looking for a bed extender for the back. anyone have a pic and tell me where you got yours? thanks for any help

    I got the Toyota one made by AMP Research, you can get it at any dealership but it's expensive, I think I paid $250! But I like how I can take it out in just a few seconds.

    i have a factory one i'll sell i don't the hardware kit that that mounts it to the truck you can but it at the dealer pretty cheap though. its silver not black but it comes apart could paint really easy.

    Oh.. that just means it come with it probobly and its not sold seperately for our trucks. Mine came with it and I didnt have to buy it seperately.

    I have a spray-on bedliner and it works, I see no reason why it wouldn't work with a drop-in bedliner also. I had to buy the hardware kit separately(about $25) and it is separate from the extender with it's own part number.

    I know mine is a little newer than yours but just another idea. Mine was $199 from the dealer and with the hardware.

    i might just hit up the dealer and pick it up. sounds like its cheaper throught the dealer

    If I remember though I think I had a discount coupon come from toyota that was for accessories and it was like a 10 or 15 percent discount. So this like paid for the tax in NorCal.:D

    Ya if you have just basic wrenching skills, the instructions are easy to understand and it was bout an hr of work.
    Ya I can remove it as well in like 2 seconds. there is levers on each side that you pull towards you and then lift up on the bed bar to remove.
