So I would like to be able to store a bit more equipment in the rear/underseat storage bins on my double cab. Looking to hide things away from prying eyes mostly, but still have it available. I'd like to keep my box looking clean and empty, and I plan on camping inside of it next summer.

What kind of options have others used? I've already seen how to remove the rear storage panels for stereo installs, but I'm more just looking for storage space itself.

OEM bedmat, Weather Tech mats, JDM ASTAR 800 lumen LED reverse bulbs, blue LED dome light and every cubbyhole filled with crap.
its a bit off yer plan but im lookin at buildin a simple bed platform on top of the wheelwells so i can keep my bed mat and have about 9" of storage under the whole thing. the plan is for a mid rise shell for head room, 2 2x6's placed in the depressions on either side of the truck bed, then 2 sheets of plywood with padding (firm memory foam?) covered in a plush carpet. im thinkin way more comfy than a cold air mattress or a thin bed rug. this should give me plenty of room to toss some short storage bins under the bed along with skis and other long crap, i can remove 1 or both bed panels as needed, have my little cubby holes in the truck bed and it wont cost a bundle. anything that cant go under the bed can travel on top then get put in the seats for the overnight. should give ya tons more room than under the seats and be less cost/hassle. somethin to consider
