Double Cab Long Bed Manual Transmission Exists!!!!!

Dealers are fing idiots. Why does the consumer know more about the product than them.....

 

I wouldn't read that much into it, I still call my truck a 5 speed all the time. Force of habit from decades of driving stick shift Toyotas. Back when I started driving an automatic was 3 speeds and standard shifts were sometimes still 4 speeds with a 5 speed being an option. LOL, sucks being old.

 

Yeah but you're not a dealer. His job is to know that kind of stuff. I get it was an innocent mistake on his end but he kept repeating it. He obviously could not discern a long box from a short box by standing right in front of one either.

 

I talked to the girl on the dealer website, Lisa. She chatted me right away. I offered $500 non-refundable deposit--sent her my digits and Credit card #. Sorry but the DCLB M/T is mine fellas.

Sorry guys for the false hopes and the uh, blue balls situation (It was me who posted this in the other thread). I thought it looked legit. Didn't even consider that the dealer would be dopey enough to mix up pictures of two different, mutually exclusive trucks...

Attached is the Vspec sheet I pulled...the vehicle model number doesn't even support it being a long box, or does the invoice or Vspec
