Double. This is my 3rd Tacoma double(2003, 2005, & 2011). I thought for a moment about getting an extended over the double for my 2011. I'm glad I went ahead & got the double. Lots more room & a few times I have had to carry 3 adults. Backseat has alot of leg room. I'm 6'4" and can fit comfortably in the back seat. No regrets getting the double.

Access for two reasons. I don't have alot people ride with me ever, I just got the access cab for the extra storage in the back. I think the double cab short or long bed look awkward.

    ACCESS CAB FTW!

Access Cab. That way I don't have to be the free taxi among my group of "friends" and at least the room is there if I HAVE to have more than just one passenger

Double cab, just pop those doors open and throw your shit in the back, if you dont wanna haul people fold the seats down. Its just more convient.
