Looking to add roof rails to my double cab 2008 taco. Any recommendations besides the oem ones? Or any feedback on how easy they are to install? thanks!

Why not get a Prinsu, Victory or Hooke road roof rack?

Appreciate the feedback! I'm looking for just the rails that mount to the roof, not the actual roof bars that connect to the rails. And I'm on a slightly tighter budget

Assuming they're similar to the third gen, it's dead easy. I did mine in about 30 minutes and 25 of that was cleaning the adhesive left after removing the rubber gasket over the mounting channel and verifying which colour-coded fastener went in which hole.

Awesome! So there's no drilling required? They just screw into the existing holes?

Just check the threads for leftovers from machining. Had one piece left behind that came off with a metal pick. Could have cause issues threading in bolt.
    Super easy.
