    i dont have them in front of me. (i work 80 miles from my truck) but they arent fine threaded from what i remember...like at all

    If they have a 19mm head, they are not called 19mm bolts. They need to be really strong bolts. Not something you're likely to find at an auto parts store. Probably need to go to the dealer or Fastenal.
