I am piecing together a lift kit from toytec and I want to make sure I'm not missing anything. I'm wanting 3" of lift with no spacers. Here is my list as of now:

    Eibach Lift Coils 149.99

    Bilstein 5100 Height adjustable Shocks/Struts 349.99

    Rear 2" lift shackles 89.99

    Diff Drop kit 29.99

    TOTAL: $619.96

I want to get the CB drop kit but I can't remember which vendor on TW sells it. And do i need it? Do I have everything I need? Thanks in advance for any help.

Old Man Emu makes the CB drop kit but do you even have a carrier bearing on a regular cab? :notsure:

To be honest man I have no idea. I'm pretty ignorant on the subject. If I don't then that's one less thing I have to worry about.

Thanks for the explanation! So do I absolutely need new UCAs or will I be fine without them?

    Toyota's are awesome
    They are not required.

They will however allow for better adjust-ability when you get your alignment, as well as help with the angle of the upper ball joints, and give a little more room between your tire and UCA. But many people run their stock UCA's.

And as others have stated, the regular cabs do not have a carrier bearing.

Feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!
