It's been awhile since I've owned a Tacoma... and I'm excited to get back to it.

I have a 2000 extended cab and I would like to swap out the stock radio for something that will let me install a back-up camera. I was looking at this one from Pumpkin (it's getting mixed reviews, so I'm open to ideas).
I don't think I'll need an install kit but would like to verify that. Will I need a wire-harness adapter? What about mounting hardware? Either way, I'm considering tilting it a little so that whichever unit I go with is facing me a bit better...
Will I need an external MIC to pick up a hands-free phone call?

Thanks for the help and suggestions. I'm looking forward to having a truck again.

    Edit: adding some details
