Double female USB adapter?

    2010 Tacoma TRD Sport Access cab 4x4 silver streak
    I put a new headunit in my 2010, and the new unit has two USB connections to plug a phone into. I have them running out the two square blank holes between the cigarette lighter plug and the aux plug. Are there any double female USB adapters that fit these size holes?

    Pic of the two square holes I’m referring to are below. This pic is prior to me having USB cables running out of them from the head unit of course.
