    UGH. I remember an old neighbor had their dog outside after midnight barking, so I called and went to voicemail. GRRRR

    Pretty much. Eventually the police will get sick of hearing from you and deal with it.

    I have never owned a cat as an adult that goes out. We lived in a small area as a kid and my parents let the cats out, but it's not wise for a variety of reasons..one of which is what you said.

    I actually saw my neighbor last year letting his dog shit on my lawn. As the dog stood up I pulled in the driveway so he had to have known I saw him..and kept on walking. I pointed out to him what I saw "oh I don't have a bag"..BULLSHIT that's the law to carry bags, but I said "Oh hold on" reached in my truck and gave him a plastic bag. What got me is the other side of the street has no houses on that side so if he really is that lazy, walk the dog on that side.
