I've been looking at headers recently and this just may be the deciding factor.

    quick question, may sound dumb.

says the long tube header deletes the cat, makes it non carb complient blah blah blah.. if the o2 plug in fools the engine computer, will it fool the emissions tester as well? utah seems to be more lax than most states on testing that but still, I wouldn't want to fail an emissions test!
