    clear your cache: tools > clear private data (in firefox) or tools > delete browsing history > delete files (in Internet Explorer)

    then hit reload

    I did a disc clean, cache clean, footprints & history clean and it still pops up. this is a new laptop Im at home and its fine. I dont know everthing about comps. but never had some thing like this.

    you try hitting ctrl-r also? those other steps u took should have done the trick...:confused:

    did the steps at work too and still no luck. i don't know what the prob is but i could still google it and get on there.

    Thanks will give it a try on Monday. Im not a computer wiz but most of the time I do a clean disc and all is good .
