When I'm approaching a stop, and gently riding the brake, around 20 or 25 miles per hour, it feels like I feel a slight vibration as the auto shifts from 2nd to 1st. Is this normal?

Are you still having this problem? I have a 2019 OR and mine has a rumble strip feel when it downshifts from 3rd to 2nd around 20-15mph

Dealer service is lazy. Plenty of information on TW about this. (Or your Dealer Service manager has never been in a vehicle that has proper handling)

I’m going in for an appointment tomorrow for this very reason, as well as a shutter that happens around 50-55 mph/1100-1200 rpm when keeping steady gas on it while going up a very slight incline.
