Downshift into 1st Gear Clunk and then roll (NOT axle wrap)

    @Jbeiker lots of threads on the hard downshift / rear end clunk when stopping. try search function but you can start reading this thread here for some opinions on it.

    Yup same here. If I start it up, jump in, and pull up to my first stop sign it's mostly likely gonna happen. If I let it run and go inside the store, come back out, stopping is fine no problem.

    I nvr downshift into first gear. i put truck into first when im stopped. 2nd gear roll clutch in stop first gear go.. why downshift into first it doesn't seem right.
