I don't know if they still make it, I haven't looked in a while, but they had a cinnamon apple crumb cake that was really good. Place sliced apples in the bottom of the dutch oven, put cake mix on top and bake. It was always a favorite at campouts.

Woah.... now you're talking. That sounds insanely good. I'll have to take a look at Vons and see if we've got any there. Thanks for the pro tip

We really love this thing, but due to old knees, i am having to go to a pull behind. Trying to figure out what i can afford so i would appreciate any thoughts about what this rig would be worth? Here are the details:

2013 Prerunner SR5 with 4.0 engine, 2WD, 123K miles. CB with dual sideband in no-cut install with hood channel antenna mount,
A.R.E mid rise shell with Yakima racks, kayak mounts & straps, and rack load bar extension, windoors with screened silders, full opening velcro screens and curtains, let down sliding cab window,
120 v pure wave inverter, 125 AH AGM deep cycle battery, 4 way charge controller that also charges the truck battery if needed, fuse block, 60 Watt solar mounted under rack so full storage is available,
LED lighting, map and reading lights in camper, 120v, 12v cig lighter and USB ports all over the place with switchable readouts to cut phantom draw,
5 gallon on-demand pressurized water system with coil hose, nozzle, vented water fill, fill hose, and on/off switch to minimize phantom draw
Galley drawer with propane stove, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, french press coffee pot, cutting board, cups, ammo box and can grocery storage, folding table,
Gear drawer with first aid, dish washing gear, folding chairs, shower stall, toilet seat,
heater, squirrel cage circulation fan, 12v electric blanket, spring/air mattress, gear nets, velcro flashlights, chargers, water bottle holders,

I think that is a good overview, but i should mention the pancake mix does not go with the rig. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Awesome, thanks for the memories. I did something similar in 1973 when I relocated to Co. The only difference is, I did it with a F250. Your design will work well, I lived in mine for 6 weeks and that was probably too long.
