Greetings all. I have a 2019 Tacoma SR5 with 49k miles. It is currently at
The dealership awaiting replacement of the cylinder head due to burnt
valves. The parts aren’t even coming in for 3 weeks. I love the truck and would
hate to get rid of it but I’m worried about being faced with this once again
When it is not under warranty. Does anyone know if they use an upgraded cylinder
head or something? Or is there a good chance that this will happen again?
I wonder at what point Toyota will issue a recall for this defect in the V6 engines.
What are your thoughts, get rid of or keep it?
