I've been thinking what kind of grill I want for my Taco and honestly I haven't seen one that blows my mind so I did a quick photoshop of my dream grill. I'm seriously considering making this thing. Have to figure out how to install the TSS sensor...

I’d probably just get the BAMF eco and try and put the TOYOTA lettering in afterwards? They’ve done most of the work already. Could maybe even email them to see if they could just leave the lettering portion blank/flat so you could do letters yourself?

The edge around it is based on the pro. I know I'm being very picky but don't love the mesh style of the pro.

Haha no I get it! The BAMF recessed was in my cart week one of ownership but I ended up biting the bullet on an OEM Pro (a deal at $395 shipped at the time). Was worried about the plastic cracking as well. Maybe try working with some other companies, I think it’s DB Customs on IG, they do custom work.

custom car grill has a similar cut out style that may work too, like half the page down

Edit - after further checking this looks like the one you used for the photoshop maybe! Sorry if I wasn’t any help!
