I thought i saw a thread on someone saying they had theirs sprayed. Don't know, but a search might be worth your while. The bed is real slippery to begin with. Let alone making it look pretty.

Line-X has two different types of stuff that they used for the beds. I got the one that had the kevlar in it that was not supposed to dull. I never did anything but rinse it with a jet spray.

In regards to the composite bed, I do the same every time I wash the truck but then again I have a bedliner too.

So you can cover it with a bedliner that looks like crap after a few uses?

I use turtle wax ICE. Seems to work great on the plastic of the bed, to get off the real grimey shit that develops at the front of the bed, I use simple green and a cloth. Then i use turtle wax ICE. Works flawless for me.

To those who made suggestions, thank you. For those who simply said "it's a bed, it's supposed to be dirty".... bullshit. :)

Most of us have spent a lot of money on our trucks, and upgrades, including the just for looks ones, so there is no reason not to keep the bed looking nice.

I am hauling a bunch of brush tomorrow, but when I am done, I am cleaning it up, like I do the rest of the truck when it is dirty.

NAH! I see bed wear as a badge of honor, I haul mulch, dirt, concrete etc. About once a year it gets hosed clean, it's a work truck and I'm proud to keep it as such. however, though I may not see the OP's point of view, I can respect his desire to keep the bed clean. it's his truck and to each his own!

lol Bed Wear is nothing.... that's what a truck is for. but keeping it clean back there is simply something I do. If you are gonna use it as a truck wear is to be expected!
