Haha all good! I find myself asking questions in other threads only to find myself answering my own question months earlier. :p:eek:

    Welp, it's been a while...again lol.

Life's been busy, been on disability for the last 5 months with a blown out PCL from a dirtbike crash. Decided I should probably add to this thread.

A while ago I picked up some 2.5x16 bypasses from another member on here.

Then had to replace a blown steering rack and some axle seals. Took it out recently for thanks giving and new years and only snagged a few pics.

Then, this past weekend, took the truck out with the lady and some buddies for a snow trip up behind big bear. Had a blast and got snowed on pretty good! Had to pull out the old chevy and never ended up getting stuck. I do wish I had a front locker though...would have been nice haha.

    The plans for the truck once I get back to work are to;
    `finally re-floor the bed
`rebuild my spare tire carrier to try and save more space/get rid of the half assed set up
`swap rear springs to h70's, f67's just don't give me the ride height I'm looking for
`get to some of the frame bracing I've been putting off
`finish up my hitch receiver for the dirtbike single hauler/ jetski rack
    `PAINT THE BITCH
    `full belly skids
    `rock sliders
`figure out what I want to do with the front end
`and whatever other misc. things I've been putting off/forgetting.

hey, I know this is a lot to ask but could you PM me the dimensions for this cage? (i.e. height of the uprights and where on the frame they are attached to). it looks like you are right up next to the cab in teh front and right along the wheel wells near the sides but how far back are the back up rights?

I'll try and remember to get you some dimensions.

The way I did it was just keep the axle centered and just place both hangers based on shackle angle at full droop. I would imagine the hanger is pushed forward. I did it so long ago I can't remember.

    Right on!

Life's busy. Been working with the gas company now and travel a lot. Been working 7 10s lately so really have next to no time for myself let alone the truck. Managed to get a few days off because of a snag at work and swapped my f67s out for some e30/h70s. Up next, hopefully paint and then more work on the bed cage and bed space. Also looking into the mcm lt kit. Think that's the way to go.

Been a ghost on here. Been working on my truck after work for about a month. Haven't had much time due to working 6 12s. But i did a thing and went with the mcm fabrication kit with axles and ads coilovers and bumps.

Shock tower gussets too? Or will the engine cage keep all that nice and straight?

Engine cage should be enough. Don't plan on airing this thing off massive jumps anyways.
