    Borla Catback Exhaust, Snorkel, 33s on either 16's or 18's, ARB Bumper, All Pro LT w/Walker Evan Shocks front and back, All Pro expedition leaf pack, 10,000lb Superwinch, Intake Manifold Spacer, Bed Rack with ARB RTT, Rotopack and Hi Lift mounted, Husky Liner mats and an air freshener from 1995.
    Put the sliders on with a Clamp. I'd spray paint the holes so you know exactly where you're drilling. Center Punch. Step Drill or work your way up.

    Wear some safety glasses or goggles while you drill. Getting metal shavings in your eye really sucks.....ask me how I know. :rolleyes:

    God I can only imagine. I saw a guy at the gym get a metal flake in his eye while doing incline dumbbell press when he clanged the dumbbells together. He had to go to the ER and have them take it out.

    ya i have goggles. so u say clamp them on instead of puttign the top bolts through and then using a white marker and marking the holes?

    jerry at BAMF beat you to it and i bought them from a member on here as he never mounted them. Killer deal plus u live on the other side of the country!

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    If your getting a step bit you need to find one with steps longer then 1/2" or it wont work. I recommend just a good set of bits starting from 3/16 and working your way up to 1/2" drilling slow with lots of cutting oil. We use rapid tap here in the shop and it works great with the right speed and enough oil you can drill those holes pretty quick.

    thanks jerry i found one that ends at 1/2" which should get me deep enough. Gonna use oil as well. probably get a corded drill as well since i doubt cordless will cut it.
