Drink condensation on seat

A buddy of mine rode with me this weekend and we placed out drinks in the back seat. Needless to say the condensation got on the seat and there is now what looks like a wet spot. I got no clue how to get it off, I am thinking club soda. Anyone got any ideas?

 

I used soapy water, but mine is on a seat cover. Try clubsoda and see...sorry

 

NP, not a big deal, I just want to get it up. Normal people can not see it, but me....I can see a speck of dirt on my baby

Maybe try one of the Oxy clean products good luck and let us know if something works.

If its bad enough that you just can't stand it, being an ex upholsterer I can offer you this advice.

Buy a set of "hog ring" pliers. It's a specialized tool. Snip al the "hogrings" If in fact there held on by them. (might just be plastic clips). Pull the cover off. Throw it in the wash.
Buy some hog rings and reatach.
Make sure the stain is out before you dry it. Once you dry it it's set as you probably know.

We also use to keep a bottle of "resolve" handy. You can find this in most places and this should take it out. Good stuff.

 

If the stains remain, spray a small amount of upholstery cleaner over the stain. Wait five minutes then scrub the stain with a scrub brush. Dry the area with a shop rag.

Just start with upholstery cleaner. "resolve".

You will make Bron Bron Happy.

So you say to just try resolve. Not the white vinegar method?

 

Yea. I would just do resolve. However....if your seats are dirty, there going to be really, really clean in that one spot.

 

I have a couple such wet looking spots on my seats from ice cream cups. Cannot get rid of them! let me know what works

 

They are pretty clean. I may try the whole seats in them this weekend if that one spot is that much cleaner. I will get some from walmart tonight and spray it in a spot. Scrub it with a towel or hard sponge.
