I recently took delivery of a 2021 Tacoma TRD Offroad. Have a quick question.

There is a difference in the drip moulding gap between the passenger's and driver's side.

Anyone else experience this? I assume that these covers are not waterproof and are merely cosmetic.

Should I get it fixed under warranty or just leave it alone and not take a chance they would mess something else up fixing it -- like the paint.

I included pics of my passengers side (wide gap), drivers side (narrow gap) and also a pic from my son's 2020 tacoma for comparison.

    Thanks for the feedback.

They pop right out, I'd attempt to pull it out and just set it back in in such a way to try minimizing the gap as much as possible.

Those things are made of chit. Take it back to the stealer and ask for a new one if you're still under the bumper to bumper cradle. Else, you'll be footing a the bill down the line.

There's a gouge on the passenger side trim. Somebody or something hit it maybe?

The "teeth" marks are mine. Tried slightly pulling on it. Thanks for the feedback.
