Noticed first around in aug 22 toyota fixed it with new axle and seal took around 2 weeks
Went to changed oil and noticed it's leaking again or slow seaping?
It's still covered by warranty but what do you guys think ,does it qualify for a lemon?
I also purchased the extended warranty?
Anyone experienced this before or something similar happened to their 3rd gen?

    It’s a leaking seal
Either installed wrong or a burr on the slip yoke causing the seal failure.

    Lemon laws are state laws
In MY state, it’s the first 12 months or 12,000 miles. I have no idea what state you are in, by I really, really doubt they have a 3 year lemon law

Generally, lemon laws also only cover major issues that put a vehicle out of service as well

It's been about 18 months since this was last repaired.
I would guess it's as FAA said above, more than likely something in the slip yoke that nicked or wore the seal prematurely.
if it's still under warranty, take it back and have them redo it.

Does your drive shaft have any damage or marks that would indicate it’s no longer balanced? That could also damage the seal.

Not an uncommon repair. Usually they don’t leak after getting a new seal. Dirt on the slip yoke and/or a careless tech is the usual culprit for a seal that leaks after install.

Do you sleep under your truck and scrub it with a toothbrush every morning? It looks like a museum piece. I can only imagine being your girlfriend with a hair out of place. Don’t worry. Be happy.

Have the vent checked. Make sure it isn't clogged with dirt or an insect nest.

I would check the play of trans. output shaft to see if within specs.
