    This makes me nervous. I am currently trying having the same issue. Noticed an abnormal amount of fluid on my driveway so got under to check and saw oil EVERYWHERE. I've come to the conclusion it has to be the driveshaft, assuming more than likely the seal. I'm just hoping it's not a recurring issue like yours! I popped the hood and saw I had NO CAP on my brake reservoir! Thankfully I found it nearby... but I guess between that and your issues, help to explain the competence of dealers

    It should not be a leaking like that. His truck is under warranty, so it should not be a problem for the time being. But suppose that he goes on a long drive after the warranty is over, and the seal leaks too much oil by the time he notices it?
