Is there any grease fitting on the 2WD drive shaft?

Your best bet is definitely to climb under and look. Take a peek at your u-joints and you’ll see. Most times they’re inside the u-joint further and not on the end caps. I think lots of people have reported different things in terms of how many zerks they have, maybe more will chime in. Personally, only the two u-joints on my front driveshaft have zerks. None on the back. It really depends on the supplier/supplier’s part variant too. My driveshafts seem to be Dana/Spicer.

I kind of wish all u-joints would have them, since it’s pretty much cheap insurance in terms of longevity and it gives you that satisfaction of greasing something up (I don’t know, may just be me). My gen 1 tundra had zerks on every u-joint, the double cardan joint, and even the slip yoke on the rear driveshaft. Kinda sucks how they’re all going sealed nowadays.

No, only 4wd, on front u-joint, certains years had a couple, later only had one. Now none, if I remember correctly.
