Drive shaft vibration?

I keep hearing about this drive shaft vibration issue and an curious if this is an issue on all lifted tacomas? Year models? An on what size lifts? About to lift my 14 4x4 6 inches an really don't want to deal with a ton of issues right off the bat.

 

Consider the fact that your drive line angle is going to seriously change . If you do not cancel the drive line angles after the lift , it is going to vibrate . A quality lift kit supplier compensates for this by adding various shims within the lift kit to assist with getting your driveline as straight as possible . If you didnt get any shims with the lift kit ,measure your drive line angle after the lift and shim away . Not only is this an issue on the factory trucks but also on lifted trucks

 

I thought on most 6 inch lifts they have a drop bracket to keep all your angles the same as factory.

 

Some kits supply diff shims to tilt the rear diff upwards slightly and some do supply a drop bracket but your driveline may still be out after the lift . Lotta posts at TW showing how to cancel your driveline angles
