Drive Side Mirror Depinning

I'm working on a bit of an oddball project, and was wondering if anyone knows offhand how to depin the male? connector for the driver side mirror. I'll provide a picture below of the connector. Which shows the connector in three pieces, but I can't for the life of me figure out how it comes apart.

See the lock that needs to be removed first?



After it's removed (without busting it) then disassembly can be done.
You'll also need a very small flat tool to depress each individual terminal lock in order to remove them. Pay attention how the terminals are facing so you may insert them correctly afterwards.
