Hi I am a new member. I have a 2016 Tacoma sr5 I bought new on 3-1-16 it is a white double cab. I have had 3 issues with the drive train. It is at the Toyota Dealership today for a Toyota rep to drive it. Hope they can fix it . They are a lot of others with the same issues.

Yep, a ton of us have the vibration/shudder under 25 mph issue.

Thankfully you don't have the vibrating steering wheel and floorboard issue around 2100-2400 RPM though. That thing is the 2016 Chinese water torture.

Yes quieter smoother and better MPG. Smoother overall driving.. no more vibrations and shifting into 4wd-lo is immediate not like before.

Butt dyno says 5+ more HP up top when going >85 :)

Nice. I asked the dealer to grease the U-joints before pickup. I have a form that says they did, but I suspect they didn't actually do it. Guess I'll do it myself.

You will know after the first pump if they did or not. No grease coming out = not lubed b-4.

Just because grease doesn't purge on the first pump doesn't mean the joints are dry. Been said many times, nobody has dry u-joints from the dealer. I also greased mine and it took a few pumps to purge but I also know they weren't dry to start with. Just another myth built on hysteria brought to you by TW.

It's true that they are greased from the factory, but Spicer says that they need to be lubed even beyond the assembly grease. The myth is that they are bone dry.
