I'm still working on curing the take off shudder after 3" lift in the back. @Dewey7015 did you leave the carrier bearing drop in or did you take out after installing the shims?

I'm interested I knowing the same thing myself @Dewey7015 since I'm having a similar shudder, most pronounced around 25 MPH.

Interested in this as well. I recently installed a 2.5" suspension lift and have the take-off "shudder" under 10 mph AND the 55-65 intermittent vibe. Seems like *maybe* some shims could help?

FYI: Already replaced the CV axle bearing with ECGS, which completely took care of the 25-35 mph vibes.

One of these days I'll have a truck that doesn't shudder and shake!

I did the same thing..just put in the wheelers 3 degree shims, and it worked as it should.

For the record - I purchased and installed the Wheeler's 3 degree shims, and they haven't really helped with the take-off shudder. What DID help was having all my camping gear in the back when I went on my road trip last week. I didn't notice the shudder at all when loaded with a bed full of stuff. I guess that indicates that my issue is mostly axle wrap?

I HAVE noticed a slight decrease in some of the higher speed vibes I was getting between 50-60 mph. So I guess that's a win.

Side note - my Taco lean got way worse with the shims. I've triple checked the orientation of the shims, and they are installed correctly (both have the thin side facing forward).

mine gets kinda bouncy in certain slow down situations similarly. No lift here. sometimes I cant even tell if its the road or the tires or what.

Gonna try putting a sandbag in the back and see if it helps any.

Good idea. I might try that on the passenger side as my lean correction and anti-vibe sand bag(s)
