First thing to check with any truck is the condition of the drive shaft ujoints.

I had a difficult vibration issue....Was the rear drive shaft slider and joint there......no grease. Replaced and greased all OK

Possibly a carrier bearing which holds up the two-piece driveline. Fairly easy to replace and not too pricey. I just did mine on a lifted truck and got rid of a lot of the vibration. I'm in the middle of doing some front end-work and don't know yet if I've solved all the issues.

Here's a write-up I followed to replace my carrier bearing:

If you drop the drive shaft out replace everything while your at it.
