    Tried what another TW poster suggested...Get a washer the size of the recess, place it under the screwhead, and screw the piece back on tight! It has been fine since I did this.

    I tied that lasted about 2 weeks, before it tore a bigger hole in it.

    You do have a point there. But easier said then done because of my disability from a bumb right leg.
