Alright folks, I finally purchased my Tacoma. Despite, the continuous YouTube, goog, saf, recommendations that anyone over 6'1" should prob look at a half tonne. Well, barefoot at 6'3, the no seat pump and sunroof allows for my hair to rub the roof. Is it 2008 cuz my hairlines in a recession.

So, anyone have experience in swapping the driver seat out for a seat that has the pump or is fully electric?? Any tips or suggestions is massively appreciated

 

Some members have had upholstery shops remove some of the seat bottom padding to get the perfect height...

Might try googling 2nd and 3rd gen seat modifications and include “TacomaWorld” in the search bar.

 

im also very curious about this as well, i'd like for the seat to sit lower
or a way to fix my knee always hitting the steering wheel when i get into the car
