    Hey all,

I have an 08 base model RC. I can't seem to track down the route of the issue here or really know where to start, but I feel these three issues are related to one another. When I open my door the dome light doesn't engage and the door ajar doesn't either. However on the passenger side both of these things will engage. The seatbelt chime on my side also doesn't engage if I drive without the belt, but the passenger side is quick to give that alarm. Anybody know where to look for something that might be unhooked or blown? I really only care about the dome light, haven't tore into the switch on the driver's door, but from the outside it appears in good shape (the rubber boot is clean and not cracked and I can feel the switch inside moving)

Suspect the door jamb switch for the dome light and dash indicator.
Suspect the seat belt latch/buckle, IF the chime and the light on the dash don't come ON.

You can pull the door jamb switch out and jump the GREEN wire to ground to see if that is the issue.

Check the wiring and connector at the seat belt buckle.
