Yep man I feel it, something happened that interrupted them whether it was a sound or someone approaching, they stopped. Thank God they did.

oooo nice man! Is this through State Farm? I wouldn't mind paying a little more monthly for a smaller deductible if things like this keep happening while I live out the rest of these months in the same neighborhood.

Craziest part of this all is that my neighborhood's staff which I reported the incident to candidly also shared with me that my section of the neighborhood doesn't have cameras AND is also a hot spot for auto theft/vandalism. Smh.

    UPDATE:

Today it got stolen.. unfortunately what I suspected to be the worst outcome possible became true, they came back. I’ve already filed a police report and made an insurance claim. Let’s see if they’re able to find it and hopefully with minimal to no damage. I can’t help but feel like this is negligence of security from my neighborhood’s part. When they first drilled my lock out April 7th I expressed to the front office my concerns of my car actually being stolen. They said they’d put cameras but never did. This is terribly disheartening.

Outch! Really sorry bro. Unfortunately, i don't think they will catch them. It appears these thefts are professional. Your truck is probably already overseas. Did you not take any measures yourself? Steering wheel lock and such.

Yes I put a club bar steering wheel lock on, I thought so too on the professionalism, my truck definitely was targeted although there's several other tacoma's in the lot, none MT.

"vandalized" is a nice way of saying attempted theft.
