I know there are several threads on this general topic but couldn't find one with my specific symptoms or conditions. Want to know if anyone else has gone down this path.

I'll start of by saying I just swapped my stock front sr5 coilovers for trd OR takeoffs I bought. Got them from a buddy who lifted his truck as soon as he bought it so theres only like 100 miles on them. Did the UCA method to remove and replace.

So naturally I assume the popping has something to do with this. Checked all the bolts and nuts I removed and they are tight. The popping I hear only occurs when turning right and hitting a bump. The noise is a pop, audible from inside the cabin. Sounds like if your shoulder was popping. Short and crisp. This is the only occasion this happens, and it seems to be random. Everything else seems fine. My only thought is maybe I over torqued something? There were some tight spots I couldn't get the torque wrench in and had to do it by feel. Otherwise I'm kinda stumped

    Thanks in advance everyone!
