Driver side sag

    Any of you guys sagging an inch or more on the drivers side? If so what have you done to fix this problem?

    an inch is kinda alot.

    but its called taco lean

    the result of the battery, gas tank, and your fat ass all being on the left side.

    toyota has engineered the left side leaf springs to have more of an arch, but the truck still leans.

    if you want a solution, put less gas in, and loose some weight.

    It's like that even with an empty tank and me out of the vehicle. I only weigh 150, I have sway away coil overs and each side is adjusted at 1.5" of thread showing per side.

    Add some preload to the driver side coilover?

    yeah i just fixed it with a few turns to my coil-over on the driver side only

    Bilstein 5100's, Toytec front adjustable coilover kit, Exporear leafs, Fox resi rears, Slotted & Drilled front rotors, 33x12.50 BFG ATs on Outlaw II 15 x 10s, Bushwacker cutout flares, K&N cold air intake with aluminum sheathing water baffles, ARB bumper with XD9000 winch with wireless remote, IPF 900XS lights, Flowmaster cat-back exhaust, Rhino bed liner, UWS gullwing toolbox with tools and recovery gear. 48" Hi-Lift Jack secured under toolbox.
    What about the rear springs?
    I'm running OME Dakar leaf packs in the rear and just the rear leans to the drivers side, fuel or not, me not in it.
    Has anyone had experience with the Dakars sagging?
    Any realistic solutions?

    As far as I know the only cure is the coilover crank. The downtravel won't be afected much. But if you wanna cure it completely get a second battery and put both in the bed and run a fuel cell. you choose :) and for the dakar leafs since your running full aftermarket leaf packs you lose the extra bit of arc on the driver side toyota leafs what's your front set up?

    Driver's side has an extra thread or so more than pass side showing.

    Id crank them till its about level unless you put a small steel block in the rear

    So i cranked my coilover til i had 2" of thread showing on the driver side. That was too much, i was getting coil bind. So im back to 1.5 of thread showing per side and still have that damn lean!
