Driver Twitter Cuts Out

Hello All,

I picked up a 2010 Tacoma last month with the JBL sound package. I paid a pretty penny more to get this system in there and for the most part everything works fine but the driver side twitter cuts out on certain frequencies. The dealer said the twitter would be swapped out and after doing so, I still hear it. Being a musician most of my life, this static cut out is extremely annoying. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this problem?
