I have a 2016 SR. I added the keyless entry based off the motofish thread. It has worked great for 8 months. Now, it will only unlock or lock the passenger door and tailgate with no horn or lights

I think I know when and how I broke it. I just don't know what I broke. I removed the door panels to put in new speakers following the instructions on the better speakers for less than $250 thread this past week. I installed the speakers and reinstalled the door covers. All the buttons work on the drivers side door and unlock the passenger door and the tailgate along with rolling up and down the windows. Nothing happens with the drivers side lock when I try to lock it and unlock it though using the fob or door buttons. I took the door panel off again and removed and reinstalled the wire plug but no change. Another strange thing. If I screwed something up in the door, why would the horn and lights stop working with the key fob but the passenger door and tailgate locks still work?
