So my old drivers side window switch assembly was recently replaced due to some broken plastic pieces (not important). I replaced the whole assembly with a new one from EBay and all was well for a week or so.

I took the truck in to have some window tint installed on front windows and after a few days of not opening the windows as instructed, suddenly the drivers side window will now not open. All the other windows will open with the drivers side switches but the drivers window will not move.

Does it seem likely this brand new assembly has gone suddenly bad or maybe terrible luck and window motor went out coincidentally? Are there any fuses that would affect the drivers window ONLY? Any help would be appreciated…

    Easy enough to test.

I need to know the year of your truck to look up the appropriate diagrams.

This is a long shot and not very likely -- but is it possible that whoever installed the new switch miswired it so that the driver's window lock-out control is connected to the Driver window (instead of the normal Passenger window?)

Test it with the long rectangular window-function-lock button in both positions to see if it makes any difference.

It would take a whole lot of, "not knowing what you're doing", to achieve that.
    OP says it worked before.

To be clear, I installed the new assembly. It was pretty much plug and play. I did also test the window lock function and it worked as normal but did not affect the drivers window moving when it was in the unlocked position. Hope that makes sense.

    It makes total sense.
Once you understand how the master switch works, It's not too complicated.

Put a test light across Pin 3 (Blue) and Pin 4 (Blue/Black), it should light up when you press the switch for the driver's window. If it does then you have a motor problem, if it doesn't then you have a switch problem.

Window tint is installed with soapy water. Maybe your switches got wet? Maybe your eBay part failed? I’ve had good luck with eBay but haven’t used it in years. Amazon is my new place for cheap counterfeit Chinese stuff.

Seriously tho, if the switch seems bad, you could try blowing it dry, set it somewhere to thoroughly dry in the sun like up on the dash.

Since at this point you have nothing to lose, I'd try squirting a little WD-40 into the switch (out of the truck), then blow it out with some compressed air. See if that gets it working again. I also suspected soapy water.
