Narrowed my vibration to my center carrier. Called Autozone, Checker and my local stealership, either no one has it or they (toyota) want $270 for the parts. In looking a bit more into what the assembly is, do I need the whole assembly, bearings, case and gasket or can I just replace the bearings themselves? Any help is appreciated so I can get my truck back to normal :)

I would just change the whole assembly, shop around the dealer I buy from has the carrier bearing assembly (37230‑0K040) for $160.
Check the guys that you posted for the link to the illustration, those are the guys I order from. They ship down the parts to Miami, FL at a standard shipping rate or $8.95 (of course very large parts will cost more).
