This...and they used a solid one piece shaft. I'm pretty positive the CB would fail LLOONNGGG before it would launch the weight of the truck at 45 MPH....I'm throwing the brown flag on this!

maybe there is some hostility/doubt because you come onto a Toyota Tacoma forum where 99% of the people are obsessed with their Toyota and you say you want to screw the company?

Man we aren't trying to be rude, this is hard to believe, put yourselves in our shoes. We drive our tacos to hell and back and they keep on chuggin' now you claim the driveshaft fell out of the T case, and pole vaulted you 4' skyward on top of a camry causing 10k in damage to the underside of your truck without pics.. think about that

    Check Build Thread!!
My driveshaft dropped out of my old 95 S-10 when I was a teen, I was doing about 50km'h and that alone was enough to hop me up a few inches and to the right a few inches. But then my 2nd U-joint failed from shear forces and the whole thing dropped.

I have a hard time believing your 2nd U-joint didn't fail long before it would ever give you more then a little pop up in the air

Holy shit ... this is an amazing story ...

At the drive-in I parked in the middle of two speaker posts and put a speaker in each window ... stereo ... the movie was dull ... my girl started to get really hot so things began to get nasty ... I couldn't take it any longer .. but , not wanting to do it in the truck I was in so much of a hurry to leave I forgot that the speakers were stiil attached to the windows ....took off and got whiplashed back about 12 feet only to be blasted forwarded OVER the row of cars in front of us ... my girl thought she achieved the greatest :censored:... ah, you know what I mean ...

Myth Busters tried to prove me wrong and they couldn't ... just thought that I would share ... [IMG]
