Hit it with PB blaster at the seam and let it sit as long as possible (probably should have done that last night . . . ) Lots of tapping all around with Mr. BAH.

Maybe we can't see from this angle, but make sure you mark it on both ends before taking it out so it goes back in the same way. I like white sharpies, but chalk or a center punch mark will work.

Careful where you hit it at... if you hit anywhere where the U joint caps are you are buying a driveshaft. I have a large brass hammer for this or use 2 hammers. Put the first hammer where you want to hit and hit the first hammer with the second hammer, hitting 2 hammers together is not recommended as they are hardened and chips could come off but there are times where you have to do what you have to do. It will come off.

I'd get the bolts out and put a big screwdriver in the bolt hole and wiggle it maybe?

Remove the bolts. This should allow more movement when you strike it.

Those studs are pressed into the flange, I'd not remove them if possible.

My suggestion is to hit it with a good soaking of pb blaster, and then dead blow hammer (or a hammer with a 2x4 if you don't have a dead blow) here:

Just need to get it to free up...

If you continue to have issues getting it off put it in gear with the bolts out.

Have you removed the center bearing? On an Xtra/Double cab, that section of the drive shaft can't move unless you first unbolt the center bearing (2, 14mm bolts). At that point, support the rear end of the drive shaft on a jack stand, and use a deadblow or similar mallet to knock it loose in the locations that @Andy01DblCabTacoma suggested, after giving it a bit of time with a penetrating oil and/or some focused heat on the drive shaft (try not to heat up the t-case side too much, since you don't want to mess up the seal).

When you reassemble, spread some anti-seize between the two flanges to make your future self grateful.

Photos of the process here and the two most important, below: https://adventuretaco.com/guide/step-by-step-replacing-the-transfer-case-on-a-tacoma/#:~:text=Disconnecting the Rear Drive Shaft
