I think if you have more than 5 cars behind you wanting to pass but can't... the lead (slow car) should have to pull over and let the faster drivers pass. especially if they're going like 10 under the freakin speed limit!

Enforcement of the proper use of on ramps and off-ramps on the interstate.

Near my house they have extended the on-ramp lane so that you can stay in that lane to get off at the next exit if you want and not have to get over...well people think because of this they are exempt from having to reach the (at least) the speed limit because they are just going to the next exit. Basically this means they are putting along at 50 mph and the people behind them are trying to merge at 50 mph when traffic is going 70-75mph.

Another pet peeve of mine is people who dont use turning lanes properly and take forever to enter the lane and just straddle the line. YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO ENTER IN THE DASHED LINE! so that you get out of the way of traffic who is going straight.

Seniors (starting at age 68 [why 68? I don't know.]) be required to take a driving test every 2 years.

Yep agreed. Actually just had that issue tonight..a jackass in front of me was in the left lane going 65 mph in a 65 and wouldn't move over into the right lane. I had about 4-5 cars behind me. He finally got over then looks at me like i'm the idiot...NOPE DUMBASS i'm going with the flow of traffic. you are holding it up.

NJ has a law that is partially aimed at this...it is called failure to keep right...problem is they just give it to anyone in the left lane no matter how fast your going... I got one for going 75 in the left lane for less than 2 minutes.

I hate it when I'm in traffic, with a million vehicles in front of me, and some a-hole is tailgating me like I'm slowing him/her up. It's usually a "her" and I usually give them a nice brake check.:D

I was coming home from school the other day, and a guy in an f-150 (figures ) was tailgating me for like 3-4 miles, so I decided to pull over and let him by. He flies past me, and to my dismay, he stops and turns 1/2 mile down the road .
