I could not tell you the last time I saw a cop driving below the speed limit...
Can't say I blame them though. I'd be going faster if I didn't have to worry about a ticket or pay the gas.

When a freeway here in Sacramento goes from 5 lanes to 3 every idiot stays in the right lane until the very end trying to pass all the traffic in the other lanes that are stopped.Than multiple cars try to get to the right lane to pass all the stopped traffic.

Karma caught up to someone the other day.Slowing down towards a red light a car coming off the freeway on my left side cut me off to try and make the light. He didn't see the car in front of me slammed on his brakes than mergers into the left turn lane to cut in front of the car in front of me blowing through the light. He was in such a hurry he didn't happen to see the police Ford Explorer hanging out on the corner past the light.Sweet justice.

My biggest pet peeve for sure is drivers who "hesitate," meaning drivers who cut it extremely close when turning left or pulling out of a side street, or drivers who just fail to yield altogether. Followed by

    Tailgaters
    Texting drivers
Poorly maintained vehicles that burn oil and spew a smoke screen out that back
People who absolutely must first in line and go out of their way to make sure you don't pass them
Drivers who are just plain clueless...

In 2015, a brand new blue BMW 3-series with New York plates (I live in Pennsylvania) pulled out of a bank parking lot on the right and and attempted get into the left lane. Problem was there were people coming from that direction, and this idiot stops with most of Beemer blocking my lane. Luckily I saw him, slammed on brakes, and laid on the horn. He slowly moved out of my lane. From my point of view, I felt like I would have driven right through his car with my Tacoma if I hadn't been paying attention...

People who have no balls. Couple days ago I was in the left turn lane and the Kia Soul in front of me stopped at the yellow light. They had plenty of time to get through but they stopped a full car length from the white line. Had to wait 5 minutes for the lights to cycle through. Light turned green and Kia went, and then like the fifth car in line drove through on the red arrow. Passed Kia later and driver was an older woman...

    Here's a good one...

Being policed by people who aren't the police! Driver's who you did nothing to but think it is their duty to discipline you for driving too fast, driving too slow, weaving, driving a better truck than them...

I commute on I-10 every day to and from work. They have about a 10 mile section down to 2 lanes. I HATE when a semi feels the need to pass another semi by going 1 mph more than the semi ahead of them. There is also a section of construction with 2 lanes that has had 60 mph signs that show YOUR SPEED and these people always go 55, when in reality for 2 years now me and majority of other drivers go through that section at 70-75, because there is never any work happening in the day time. But we get these snowbirds that go 55-60 and hold up everyone. I find it so aggrivating

Going back to the whole "being policed by people who are not the police" thing...

My driving skills are are 7-8 out of 10. We all make mistakes. One time a friend of mine happened to drive by while I was at a stop sign and we waved. I was in a rush to get home and had been sitting at the stop sign way longer than required. I made a left out of the side street and accidentally cut off two cars coming in each direction. Nobody beeped but I knew I was wrong. No harm no foul, hasn't happened since. Anyway, unbeknownst to me, some middle aged guy in a black Yukon a couple cars back saw whole thing, and he followed me almost two miles to bitch at me. I was at a red light light going straight and he was making a right. I was jamming to classic rock music and just suddenly noticed this stranger yelling at me from his Yukon. I turned down the radio and yelled "What?!?" This annoyed him even more and then proceeded to start swearing at me with his kids in the truck. I just turned the radio up and ignored him.

If I didn't do anything to you and/or you're not a cop, this is what I have to say to you...

A four-way stop is what is know as a "New Mexico obstacle course". People aren't very aggressive drivers in small towns, so this shit is rampant. It takes 20 seconds to get through a 4-way assuming there are only two drivers waiting.

Another one... People who take being honked at as a personal attack. In the city, honking means "alert" or "pay attention". In small towns it apparently means "F your mother" or "Let's fight, you SOB".

Any of you live in a apartment or a neighborhood that has a economy car with a really loud fart can muffer?

Why do these guys feel the need to show off everybody how loud his 1.6L is as he leaving the area?

It's kinda funny, he thinks he's so awesome. I think most people would think it sounds obnoxious IMHO.

I think loud exhaust should be for V8's or boosted engines. I actually prefer my truck to be quiet.

The fast can was all the rage when I was in high school in the early 2000's. I am not disappointed that fad has MOSTLY passed.

If you want a 4-door Japanese sports sedan, get a WRX or an EVO... Don't get a stock Honda Civic and try to make it something it's not...

Have some people that live about 4 to 5 houses down from me and always racing by here with their crotch rockets. And their friends. They open it up and then hit the brakes because a stop sign. Brilliant people!! Your so cool.
