    The CHMSL (center high-mount stop lamp) mandate started with model year '86. The pictured G-body wagons started life in '78 and were dead by '84, so legally no cyclops required. Fun fact: the G-body wagons used the same rear bumper/lights as the El Camino.

    That was my point, the new vehicle he was mentioning, should still have a cyclops, despite have some lower mounted lighting. Obviously this doesn't apply to signals. And I hate low mounted signals myself.

    Hell, people in NC don't use signals because our LEOs refuse to do anything but enforcement of speeding.

    BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    I like the people that stop 6” from my rear bumper while stopped at a red light expecting me to accelerate quickly on green. They were wrong.

    @Steves104x4 Good point.

    That reminds me, what's with the people who leave huge gaps at lights between cars? Even sometimes impacting a turn lane - that nobody can squeeze into because someone up front has put a full car length or more between them and the next car.

    We have people on I-40, where it's 70mph, you can be doing 80mph and they come up on my bumper.

    If I can't see your license plate, you're too fucking close and I'm going to let off my gas, not brake check, let off my gas until you get the message.
