Does anyone else feel a vibration at different speeds while driving? At first I thought it was the KO2's I installed on Taco but no. Any ideas or has this issue been resolved already and need to contact dealership?

If it feels a little like a faint fumble strip, that you can feel through the pedal and steering wheel, and you can hear faintly, especially when its cooler, then yes. I've notice mine only occurs in 2 wheel drive after I've had it in 4 wheel. It fades over time, then comes right back after driving in 4 wheel. It also instantly goes away if you turn on 4 wheel. I notice it most around 48 mph and again around 20 mph. The frequency of the vibration is too slow to be tires and really consitent based on speed.

So, what made you think at first they were the K02s and now no longer? Did you throw on different tires to validate it isn't caused by them?

I swapped the KO2's to a different size and load from E to C. Still some vibration.

I get the same vibration around 50 mph and don't have a 4x4. I haven't mentioned it yet to the dealer since the lugging and shifting issues have been more of an issue.

2016 4x4 DCSB.... umm there might be a vibration.... it's a pickup truck so... not really worried about it. Now if it was the passenger seat I never sit in that would be a whole different story.

Between 70-80MPH my passenger seat vibrates a ridiculous amount, not worth taking it to dealer where they'll make up some bs excuse not to address it

Get a blow up doll for the vibrating seat... then you will not only have the seat vibrating you will have one hell of a squeak too! The dealer will have to fix it. Tell the dealer you need the doll for the MOV lane.

I loved the BFG KO's and had a few sets until I had the same issue. Could not get the tires to balance. They would look balanced on the machine....then you could take the wheel off and spin it....put it back on and it would be out of balance again. 4-5 times of dealing with this on 2 brand new sets of tires before Costco scratched my rims. Finally gave up and made them buy the whole wheel and tire package back. Some Tire guy told me these were great tires until they started making them in China. Don't know if that's true but either way I am done with the BFG KO's. This was on my '05 TRD for what its worth. 16" 285 75 I believe.

    BF Goodrich.... AKA Michelin

Wiki "Goodrich Corporation it was acquired in 1990 (along with Uniroyal, then The Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Company) by the French tire maker Michelin."

This just in from June 2014 - Tuscaloosa News dot com:

"This month, BFGoodrich, the oldest member of Tuscaloosa County’s automotive-related manufacturers, rolled out its newest generation — the All-Terrain T/A KO2 tire."

Kinda a shame .... French company make tires in Merica....

Did you know the "BF" in the BF Goodrich name is short for .... wait for it.....

"Benjamin Franklin" Goodrich...... that's like a double head slap...

I was thinking about this the other day too...I've been noticing it around 50 mph...and it's definitely not the tires and you can tell because the frequency is off from the rotational speed of the wheel. Haven't tried the 4wd thing yet though...

High speed balance your tires. Make sure they're being balanced hub centric not lug centric to start.

For the passenger seat it just seems to be a characteristic of light pick up seats. I've seen it fixed by tightening seat back to seat base. And some fixed with reinforcement of the seat back support (non tacomas).

My gen 1 had tire shaking problems it's entire life, but 2 things helped dramatically. At around 100k miles I finally figured out that one of the wheels was not perfectly true, a new wheel helped a lot. The next part is getting a road force balance. That really made an enormous improvement.

I suggest getting used to it. All of the 3rd gens I've test driven have had it in varying amounts. One was bad enough to shake the steering wheel at 40 mph. Some people suggested replacing the exhaust, replacing tires and wheels. I've replaced all three and no change.

It's not a normal vibration from tires though, and you would think that a vehicle with under 5k wouldn't need to worry about something like the balancing of tires...but that would be a more frequent vibration....maybe a grinding would be a better description of it. I'm interested when I get out of work to check the difference when 4wd is enabled then disabled.
