A few additions to make me feel cool.
I was so worried my needle bearing might go out I effin sold the truck 5 years ago! I saw it at the gas station a few weeks ago and sure enough, same old OEM needle bearing. I told the new owner to prepare himself though.

Check the spare. I was having vibrations around 45 mph and couldn't track it down. I was due for new tires and dropped the spare in preparation for the appointment. I left it in the garage for a day and noticed the vibrations weren't as bad. When I hoisted it back up I made sure it was nice and snug. It's not like it was bouncing around before but maybe just loose enough to vibrate against the frame.

Checked the usual spots. Suspension all seems good, short of checking torque values. No loose bolts on upper or lower control arms. Suppose tires could be out of balance but I see absolutely no uneven wear on the tires.
One odd thing that is stumping me is that it seems to do it less while in ECT mode and would did it once while in 4wd.

That's so weird bro because it is clearly your needle bearing and vibrations will clearly stop once you put it in 4WD (everyone probably)

Check your counter weights on your wheels and see if any of them have come off.

Lets start like this, first off, where is the vibration, do you feel this in the steering or seat of your pants ?? if its in the steering I would say more then likely front tire balance, if in the seat of your pants possible rear wheel balance..
NEXT step is, does this start under acceleration ? and stop on coasting, if so it is drive line fault. u-joints, needle bearings etc. Does the vibration stop after 35 mph and come back again at a higher speeds ??? again poss tire balance or wheel run out. Let me know more if possible or if you find what it is. Been doing this for years and years...

Yep feel it in the seat. Do not feel any vibration in the steering wheel. Yes it starts while accelerating and I would have to check again but I believe it stops when coasting.

What this sounds like to me is drive line vibration, see if it stops when coasting. If so suspect u joint, carrier support bearing or the dreaded needle bearing fault.. Let me know, good luck...

After getting my tires rotated and daily driving some more I do feel like it is most likely needle bearing related. Right hand turns seem to make the vibration happen consistently.
None of the vibration is too bad or I feel like the truck is "unsafe". Nebraska roads sucks this time of year but I do feel like the roughness of the ride is getting worse.
    Thanks everyone for the responses.

Hell our paved roads are so rough in my county the only time I don’t feel a vibration is when I take it off-road:rolleyes:

i would try higher octane fuel and resetting learned values. sometimes, the ECU starts to retard the timing and it can result in a vibration/shuddering sensation.

Unfortunately my spare tire theory hasn't panned out for long. Seat vibrations (resonance?) are still present around 40-45 mph. Spent Sunday measuring driveshaft angles after trying a 1/8 in CB spacer. From front to back my working angles are: 2.6*, .4*, 3.4*. Do those look out of whack enough to cause a problem?
